Trading Policy Details
- Errors and omissions excepted (E.&O.E.).
- Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
- All disputes arising from any transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad.
- This invoice reflects the actual price of the goods described, and all details stated herein are true, accurate, and represent the amount actually paid or payable.
- The buyer is responsible for verifying the quantity and quality of goods at the time of delivery. Any claims regarding shortages or visible defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- Ownership and risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery FOR (Freight on Road). The seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration occurring after delivery, including during transit.
- The basic rate quoted is inclusive of loading, unloading, and freight charges, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
